Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site role for a Data Privacy Consultant located in Mumbai or Bangalore. The consultant will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing privacy programs that align with current regulations. Tasks include crafting privacy policies, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, conducting risk assessments, and advising on cybersecurity measures. Collaborating with various teams, the consultant will provide expert guidance on data privacy best practices and frameworks to address regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Expertise in Privacy Regulations, Privacy Policies, and Data Privacy

Experience with Privacy Compliance and understanding of related frameworks
Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices to protect sensitive information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to explain complex privacy concepts clearly
Bachelor's degree in Law Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Prior experience in handling regional and global privacy compliance projects is highly desirable
