About the Role
Purple Fabric is Intellects agentic AI platform, and this role exists to make it the default choice for enterprise buyers across India and APAC. That means owning the regional GTM motion end to end — but it also means being in the room when a CTO or lead architect starts asking how the agent orchestration actually works, how the platform handles evaluation and guardrails, or how it integrates into their existing stack.
This role does not work as a pure narrative-and-relationships play. The person needs enough hands-on fluency in agentic AI and LLM-based systems to hold that conversation directly, then walk straight into the CXOs office and reframe the same substance as a transformation story.
This is the core differentiator for this hire: equal credibility with a business sponsor and a technical
evaluator, in the same deal, often the same week.
Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration & Strategic Evangelism
• Establish Platform Preference:
Align GTM motions with local market priorities through leadership
discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Executive & Technical Engagement:
Lead conversations with priority prospects across both the CXO layer and the technical evaluation team — shaping the transformation agenda with sponsors while fielding architecture, security, and integration questions from their engineering and platform teams without needing an SME to translate.
• Brand Visibility:
Drive thought leadership and regional presence through masterclasses, round tables, and industry events — speaking with authority on agentic AI, not just platform positioning.
• Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure consistent
messaging, solution articulation, and unified GTM alignment across all client and partner interactions.
Partner-Led GTM Acceleration & Ecosystem Enablement
• Scale Partner Initiatives:
Drive partner-led GTM initiatives to expand regional adoption and platform positioning.
• Playbook Development:
Build structured partner GTM playbooks covering positioning, use cases,
deployment models, and industry narratives — grounded in real agentic AI implementation patterns, not generic templates.
• Partner Enablement:
Lead enablement programs, including technical onboarding, deployment
orientation post-VDA sign-off, and bootcamps focused on opportunity identification and value mapping.
• Success Frameworks:
Establish partner success metrics to improve adoption consistency, integrating
domain and technical SMEs into engagements for contextual depth.
Client Adoption & Strategic Engagement Excellence
• Engagement Frameworks:
Drive structured engagement frameworks to accelerate enterprise
adoption and long-term platform positioning.
• Strategic Roadmaps:
Lead maturity-aligned engagement sessions and build account-level roadmaps tied to client transformation priorities.
• Adoption Journeys:
Own the client journey from discovery through PoC scoping and technical
validation, ensuring both executive alignment and engineering sign-off before deals progress.
Sales Excellence, Strategic Assets & Team Enablement
• Empower the Field:
Equip regional teams with winning narratives and the technical grounding to
defend them under questioning.
• Asset Management:
Maintain and evolve the Purple Fabric Sales Kit — pitch decks, demos,
architecture diagrams, case studies, and industry narratives.
• Sales Readiness:
Run enablement sessions that build both pitching confidence and technical
objection handling — architecture, data privacy, model behavior, integration effort.
• Feedback Loops:
Implement post-engagement client feedback mechanisms to continuously refine assets and messaging.
Adoption Acceleration & Strategic Continuity Governance
• Value Discovery:
Lead structured bootcamps and demonstration sessions to identify relevant agentic AI use cases, providing roadmap clarity beyond the first meeting.
