We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to join a leading digital marketing agency.
Location:
Ghatkopar (R City Mall), Mumbai (Candidates from the Central or Harbour Line will be preferred)
Experience:
7–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (can be stretched up to ₹14 LPA for the right candidate)
Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Agency background is mandatory
✔ Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (other paid platforms are an added advantage)
✔ Must have managed a monthly ad budget of ₹10–15 Lakhs
✔ Experience leading a team of minimum 4 members
✔ Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, reporting, and client management
Job Task Role:
● Conduct campaign and account audits during client onboarding.
● Set up and structure accounts on Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and other platforms.
● Implement standardized naming conventions for consistency.
● Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
● Research target audiences and platform suitability.
● Create media plans using client data, competitor insights, and industry trends.
● Launch and manage multi-platform ad campaigns with structured targeting and budgeting.
● Optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Key Success Metrics :
● Improvement in KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
● Efficient budget allocation across platforms.
● Increase in client retention through performance-driven strategies.
● Optimization of conversion tracking and data accuracy.
Key Skills
● Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and Native Advertising.
● Be able to understand data visualization, or be keen to learn tools such as GA4, Looker Studio
● Strong understanding of bid strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
● Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
● Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
● Experience in conversion tracking, troubleshooting pixel/tag issues, and improving attribution models.
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns.
