Role Overview

Zik Digital is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer who has hands-on experience managing multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience behavior, while being comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve content planning, ideation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create monthly and campaign-based content calendars aligned with business goals.
Ideate engaging content for Reels, Shorts, You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, and static creatives.
Write or guide captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Cap Cut AI, Meta AI tools, and analytics platforms to enhance productivity and creativity.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and performance marketing teams.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Monitor performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Optimize content strategies based on analytics and campaign insights.
Stay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Marketer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
Experience handling multiple client accounts.
Understanding of video-first and performance-driven content strategies.
Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
