Are you passionate about data-driven digital marketing and generating measurable business results?
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified lead generation through Google Ads, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys analyzing campaign performance, optimizing conversion rates, and using data to improve marketing ROI.
This is an execution-focused role where you'll work closely with leadership, sales, and website development teams to continuously improve digital marketing performance and business growth.

Compensation: Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns focused on qualified lead generation.
Plan and execute lead generation strategies across paid search, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports covering lead volume, conversion rates, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Collaborate with the website developer to improve website content, landing pages, SEO, and user experience.
Research target audiences and build prospect lists to support business development initiatives.
Partner closely with the sales team to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Manage email marketing campaigns, content publishing, and social media scheduling.
Prepare recurring marketing performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Identify new opportunities to improve digital marketing performance through analytics and emerging AI-powered marketing tools.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on lead generation.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), campaign tracking, and marketing performance reporting.
Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization.
Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Word Press or similar website content management systems.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
Experience using email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Experience using AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
Experience marketing professional services, real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus.
