About the Opportunity
A fast-growing fintech product company is looking for a  Regional GTM & Partnerships Manager  to support its expansion across the MENA/GCC region.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding new markets, identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and translating market insights into successful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research across MENA/GCC countries.
Study country-specific regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and emerging business trends.
Research and build relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
Manage partnerships from identification and onboarding through enablement and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams.
Convert research findings into actionable product, partnership, and GTM recommendations.
Support GTM execution for new products and regional initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Partnerships, GTM, Fin Tech, BFSI, Payments, or related domains.
Prior experience in market/business research is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Strong interest in Fin Tech, Payments, Compliance, or Technology ecosystems is preferred.

Preferred Background
Candidates from Fin Tech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, Reg Tech, Digital Banking, or Technology startups will be preferred.
