Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Net Suite ERP implementations . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing  end-to-end Net Suite ERP implementation projects , along with strong project management capabilities and comprehensive functional knowledge across key Net Suite modules.
The candidate will be responsible for leading implementation projects from requirements gathering through configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Lead  end-to-end Oracle Net Suite ERP implementation projects .
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Manage communication with business stakeholders, clients, consultants, and technical teams.
Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution discussions.
Coordinate Net Suite system configuration and customization activities.
Oversee  data migration, integration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live  activities.
Manage project resources and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
Coordinate cutover and go-live activities.
Ensure smooth transition to support teams following implementation.
Provide post-implementation support and drive issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and Net Suite optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Oracle Net Suite ERP implementation .
Proven experience managing and delivering  multiple Net Suite implementation projects .
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
Hands-on functional knowledge of key  Net Suite modules , including:
Net Suite Financials
CRM
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Inventory Management
Manufacturing
Procurement
Order Management
One World
Suite Analytics
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP integrations.

Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live.
Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing  global/multi-location Net Suite implementations .
Strong understanding of  Net Suite One World  and multi-subsidiary environments.
Knowledge of Net Suite integrations and third-party applications.

Experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, or other Net Suite technical capabilities is an added advantage.

Experience with ERP transformation, process optimization, and business change management.
Relevant  Oracle Net Suite certification  is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in  Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering , or a related discipline.
Relevant project management certification such as  PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent  is preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a  Net Suite Project Manager / ERP Implementation Manager  who combines strong project management expertise with deep functional knowledge of Net Suite. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, leading implementation teams, managing project risks, and driving successful ERP transformation initiatives from  discovery through go-live and stabilization .
