Tech is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Quality Control Specialist to strengthen the accuracy, performance, and delivery of our content-driven campaigns. This role sits at the core of our operations, ensuring high-quality MQLs while improving campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for validating, qualifying, and managing incoming leads generated through podcasts, whitepapers, and other digital assets. You will work closely with campaign, sales, and lead generation teams to ensure every lead meets client expectations and is delivered with clear context and accuracy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead Quality Verification
Validate incoming MQLs from campaign engagements (podcasts, whitepapers, subscribers, CTAs)
Re-check tele-verified data for accuracy across contact details, engagement source, and intent signals
Ensure leads align with defined ICPs and campaign requirements
Identify and remove duplicate, invalid, or low-quality leads
Scoring & Qualification
Apply lead scoring criteria based on engagement, seniority, and relevance
Flag and review borderline leads to maintain high-quality standards
Prepare clean, client-ready lead lists and campaign reports with supporting context
Campaign & Client Support
Support campaign managers across onboarding, lead generation campaign setup, and campaign execution
Assist in managing the full campaign lifecycle including reporting and renewals
Work with lead generation team and vendors to ensure accurate and consistent lead flow
Help onboard new suppliers and align them with campaign requirements
Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with tele-verification teams to improve data accuracy and feedback loops
Partner with content and campaign teams to refine engagement strategies
Support campaign and sales teams with actionable insights on lead behaviour and intent
Reporting & Insights
Track and report on lead quality metrics, including qualification rates and disqualifications
Analyse performance by campaign, asset, and content type
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations
Identify trends and suggest improvements to optimise campaign performance
Process & System Improvement
Contribute to building and improving EM360
Tech’s campaign management tech stack
Support CRM integrations and API-based lead delivery into client systems
Streamline internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Continuously optimise lead generation and reporting processes to drive better results
Skills & Experience
3-5 years in lead generation, qualification, marketing ops, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and understanding of lead scoring frameworks
Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Pipedrive
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in B2B demand generation or content-led campaigns
Familiarity with podcast or digital content performance metrics
Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
