You'll inherit a
proven platform, operational AI engine, deployed Agentic AI capabilities, validated demand, vetted talent ecosystem, existing team, international market exposure, and founder/leadership support

Take what has already been built and validated—and scale it aggressively.
What You'll Own
1. Business Growth
Own Talent Intelligence growth with founders; define
revenue targets, growth strategy, target markets, ICPs, vertical priorities, product commercialization, KPIs, and expansion strategy
.
2. Enterprise Customer Acquisition
Build a
repeatable enterprise acquisition engine
through enterprise/strategic sales, consultative selling, partner-led growth, channels, account expansion, thought leadership, and industry relationships.
Target customers:
staffing companies, recruitment firms, technology consulting firms, system integrators, IT services companies, global enterprises, and specialist technology businesses
.
3. Revenue
Own
Early Commercial Traction → Repeatable Revenue → Significant Global Scale
, including pricing, packaging, enterprise contracts, sales processes, account expansion, cross-selling, recurring revenue, strategic partnerships, and new commercial models.
4. GTM
Build
Positioning → Demand Generation → Qualification → Demo → Pilot → Conversion → Expansion
