TCS is seeking an experienced IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) Functional Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting IFS PSO solutions. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to optimize workforce scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and field service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.
Configure and implement IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) solutions.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
Configure scheduling rules, optimization parameters, dispatching, and resource allocation processes.
Support integration with IFS FSM and other enterprise applications.
Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and training materials.
Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) .
Strong understanding of IFS Field Service Management (FSM) .
Workforce Scheduling & Planning.
Dispatch Management.
Resource Allocation & Optimization.
Appointment Scheduling.
Route Optimization.
Field Service Operations.
Requirement Gathering and Functional Design.
Functional Testing and User Training.
Preferred Skills
Experience with IFS Cloud / IFS Applications.
Exposure to Utilities, Energy, Telecom, or Field Service industries.
Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Eligibility Criteria
5+ years of overall experience.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IFS PSO/FSM.
Experience in at least one end-to-end IFS implementation project.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
