Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive  Project Manager / Business PM  to lead and deliver initiatives related to  Liquidity Reporting, Data Validation, and Regulatory Programs . This role requires strong stakeholder management, execution ownership, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects spanning  Finance, Technology, and Data teams .

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management
End-to-end ownership of  project lifecycle  – planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage multiple work streams related to  liquidity regulatory reporting (LCR, NSFR, ILAAP, Asset Encumbrance, AMM)
Define  project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables  aligned with business priorities
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure  on-time delivery within scope

Stakeholder Management
Act as the  central point of coordination  between Finance, Data, Technology, and regional teams (US, UK, APAC, etc.)
Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to  senior stakeholders and leadership
Drive alignment across teams and ensure  clear accountability and ownership
Data & Regulatory Initiatives
Lead initiatives focused on  data quality, reconciliation, and validation frameworks
Coordinate resolution of  data issues impacting regulatory reporting
Ensure adherence to  regulatory requirements and audit standards
Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain  project governance frameworks
Prepare and present  steering committee decks, MIS, KPIs, and status reports
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Process Improvement & Change Management
Identify opportunities for  process optimization and automation
Drive implementation of  system enhancements and data controls
Support  change management activities , including impact analysis and adoption

Key

Skills & Qualifications
Project Management Skills (Mandatory)
Strong experience in  project management / PMO / business transformation roles
Proven ability to manage  complex, cross-functional projects
Solid understanding of  project governance, planning, and reporting
Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
Domain Skills
Experience in  Banking / Financial Services / Investment Banking
Understanding of  liquidity reporting & regulatory frameworks (preferred)
Familiarity with  data flows, reconciliation, and data quality concepts
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in  MS Excel and PowerPoint (for reporting & decks)
Working knowledge of:
SQL / Data querying
Tableau / Power BI (for dashboards & reporting)
Ability to work with  large datasets and translate insights into actions
Experience & Education
3–5 years of experience  in Project Management / PMO / Business Analyst roles
Experience in  finance/regulatory/data-driven projects  preferred
Bachelor’s degree in  Finance, Engineering, Business, or related fields
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are a plus
