Join a dynamic team building verticalized marketplaces to drive high-intent lead generation in the Performance business (USA only). As a Sr. Associate - Technical Solutions, you will work at the intersection of product, design, and business operations, playing a crucial role in shaping user experiences, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & System Integrations:
Coordinate partner integrations, troubleshoot issues, and work with engineering to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
User Journey & Data Flow Optimization:
Build, analyze, and refine front-end user experiences and back-end data flows to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate across UI/UX, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure structured execution and alignment.
Product Roadmap Execution:
Define, track, and deliver product initiatives, ensuring minimal operational dependencies.
Project Management & Documentation:
Create detailed documentation, trackers, and workflows for seamless execution.
Data Management:
Leverage internal tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and automation solutions to enhance data availability.
Process Optimization:
Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Insights:
Independently analyze data to derive actionable insights, engaging with business teams to drive growth.
Creative Problem-Solving:
Apply analytical thinking and initiative to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
Design & Landing Page Ideation:
Ideate on design concepts and landing pages, and work with the HTML team to get them built and live.
Product Ops & Strategy:
Support product operations and contribute to product strategy, translating business needs into structured execution plans.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product operations, technical solutions, or technical project management.
Basic understanding of system workflows and integration concepts (e.g., APIs, tools like Postman) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Google Data Studio.
Ability to write effective prompts and leverage AI tools to generate actionable solutions.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Preferred but not mandatory:
Background in engineering, computer science, data analytics, design, marketing, or related fields.
