Position: CTO / Founding Technology Leader — Global AI-Native Tech Talent Venture
We're looking for an exceptional  CTO / Founding Technology Leader  to lead technology vision, AI architecture, product engineering, and technology strategy for Skills Capital's next major opportunity:  a new AI-native Career Intelligence platform for technology professionals globally .
This is a  builder's role , not a traditional CTO role focused mainly on managing teams, maintaining systems, or executing an established roadmap.
You are  not starting from zero . Skills Capital has already built and deployed an  AI-Native Talent Engine, proprietary Talent Intelligence capabilities, and Agentic AI-driven end-to-end workflows . These systems are  operational, production-ready, and deployed in business workflows and customer environments .

You'll work with founders and leadership to extend this foundation into B2C at the intersection of  AI, Talent Intelligence, Career Tech, professional technology, and future of work .

The Vision: AI Career Intelligence
We are building an  AI-native Career Intelligence platform for technology professionals  combining  professional intelligence, market intelligence, AI-powered recommendations, personalized insights, and intelligent workflows  to help professionals understand, manage, and advance their careers.
Rather than another resume tool, job portal, or career application, the goal is a  new intelligence layer around the professional and their career journey .
It will leverage  Talent Intelligence + AI + Semantic Intelligence + Matching + Evaluation + Agentic Workflows + Technology-Market Intelligence  for new AI-powered professional experiences.
This is a  large, global AI/Talent/Career Tech/Future of Work opportunity ; the roadmap will evolve through customer discovery, experimentation, and technology innovation.
The CTO will define  the platform, intelligence architecture, technology extension, and global scaling strategy .

What You'll Own
1. Extend the Existing AI Foundation
Evolve the  AI-Native Talent Engine, Talent Intelligence platform, matching/evaluation systems, Agentic AI workflows, semantic intelligence, and data/intelligence infrastructure  for the B2C Career Intelligence opportunity.

2. Define Technology Vision
Define the long-term technology architecture and engineering strategy.

3. Architect the Intelligence Layer
Design architecture supporting  professional intelligence, market intelligence, recommendations, personalization, and AI-powered workflows .

4. Lead AI & LLM Strategy
Determine how to use  LLMs, AI agents, RAG, semantic search, recommendation systems, machine learning, knowledge graphs, structured intelligence, and workflow automation  for differentiated product experiences.
