Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Leader to drive end-to-end implementation, optimization and integration of Salesforce across the organization. The role focuses on transforming business processes through automation, AI-driven capabilities and a connected technology ecosystem. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, enhance data visibility and eliminate manual workflows. Additionally, the role requires strong ownership of analytics, reporting and system integration to enable data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to lead digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
1.Salesforce implementation and optimization
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration across all relevant business functions.
Optimize Salesforce configurations to leverage the full suite of Saleforce functionality.
Develop and implement best practices for Net Suite usage to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
2.Business process automation
Identify, eliminate manual workflows by automating within Salesforce.
Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Develop or spearhead development of custom scripts and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
Build trusted internal relationships at every level spanning the organization to identify efficiency opportunities leveraging Salesforce around the globe.
3.Technology implementation and integration excellence
Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, including system integrations, data hygiene efforts, platform migrations, reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Embrace AI and the cloud, eliminate manual processes, replace discrete Excel analysis with automated dashboards, add analytics to business processes, become expert at integrating technologies imize value from key systems by leveraging modules in Salesforce, Net Sutie, Jira, Keka, Office 365/SharePoint platforms, PowerBI, etc.
Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders effectively.
4.AI and advanced functionality utilization
Stay abreast of Salesforce’s Enstein AI roadmap and integrate AI functionalities to enhance decision-making and predictive analytics.
Implement AI-driven features such as intelligent forecasting (e.g. cash forecasting), anomaly detection and automated insights.
Leverage machine learning models to optimize business processes and improve data accuracy.
