RED Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong data lake experience to support regulatory, risk, legal and compliance initiatives across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business and data requirements.
Understand and define business data objects, entities, and relationships.
Work closely with Enterprise Data Architects to support enterprise data modelling and architecture initiatives.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical data specifications.
Support Data Lake, data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions.
Produce documentation including data mappings, process flows, and requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst with a strong Data Engineering background.
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data modelling, and data management principles.
Hands-on experience working with Data Lakes and modern data platforms.
Strong understanding of business data objects, data domains, and enterprise data structures.
Experience beyond traditional KPI, reporting, and metrics design, with the ability to translate business concepts into enterprise data solutions.
Experience working with data integration, transformation, and data engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in complex, global enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
Consulting experience
Exposure to data governance, metadata management, and master data management initiatives.
Experience working alongside Enterprise Data Architects on large-scale transformation programmes.
