Infrastructure Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 operational support for the Edge infrastructure environment.
Monitor Dell HCI nodes and Juniper network devices using enterprise monitoring tools to ensure optimal health, availability, and performance.
Coordinate with Dell and Microsoft support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCI infrastructure.
Perform Dell hardware SBE (Solution Bundle for Enterprise) updates and Microsoft OS patching activities in accordance with maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with local IT teams and external vendors to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
Manage and execute Incidents, Change Requests, and Service Tasks (SCTASKs) for Edge Operations through Service Now.
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues while adhering to SLAs and organizational processes.
Support infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities to maintain service continuity.
Participate in knowledge transfer and transition activities, taking ownership of additional Edge-related responsibilities as they are integrated into the operational scope.
Maintain operational documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders as required.
