Role: AbInitio Data Engineer
Type: Full time – Perm
Location:
Sydney, AU (Hybrid)
Status: Visa sponsored, open to all nationalities, must be skilled
Skills:
Ab Initio, Continuous & Batch flow (Must), SQL, Shell Scripting, Performance Tuning, Agile
Experience:
4+ years in AbInitio Data Engineering, 8+ yrs in Total
Requisites:
Hands-on experience in building Ab Initio graphs/plans (Continuous Flows, Batch, or both).
Proven experience in Ab Initio graph performance improvement.
Knowledge of source control and code promotion techniques in Ab Initio.
Strong SQL skills (any RDBMS) with basic shell scripting knowledge.
Understanding of database concepts and fundamental computing/network principles.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have):
Experience with Realtime applications and API-driven development.
Strong knowledge/experience in Continuous Flows.
Exposure to cloud-hosted Ab Initio solutions.
