Must Have Skills/Project Experience/

Certifications:

6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery
Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.
Good to have:

Experience with S/4

HANA HCM landscapes.
Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.
Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/Service Now-type systems.
Familiarity with collective agreement–driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).
SAP HCM functional certification.
