Job Description & How to Apply Below
Company Description  Quilytics is a quality-first data and analytics firm that helps organizations worldwide transform raw data into reliable, decision-ready insights. The company provides tailored consulting and implementation across marketing, sales, spend and procurement, logistics, HR, and other business functions. Quilytics follows a disciplined, outcome-driven process that prioritizes data privacy, explanability, and measurable impact from discovery through monitoring. Its services span data architecture, modeling, visualization, governance, and AI-driven prediction, ensuring analytics are embedded into everyday decision-making rather than existing only as static dashboards.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Mumbai. The Data Analyst will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into measurable KPIs, and design analytical approaches to address them. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and transforming data; performing exploratory and statistical analysis; building and maintaining data models; and developing dashboards and reports that support decision-making across domains such as marketing, sales, procurement, logistics, and HR.

The role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting findings in clear, accessible language, and collaborating with engineers and data scientists to support predictive and AI-driven initiatives. The Data Analyst is expected to proactively monitor data quality and performance metrics, identify trends and anomalies, and recommend improvements for continuous value enhancement.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and Data Analytics experience to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analyses, build structured datasets, and support predictive work.
Effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings clearly.
Hands-on experience with data tools such as SQL, spreadsheets, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or similar.
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for data (e.g., Python, R) is highly beneficial.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and best practices in secure data handling.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
