iValua Integration & Solutions Analyst

This is a 6 month contract position to start and does not offer PTO, holiday pay, or benefits.
This position can convert permanent with the client AFTER the contract duration (based on performance) and will then offer PTO, holiday pay, and benefits.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7+ years of experience in Procurement / Source to Pay (S2P) or Procure to Pay (P2P) environments
• Strong understanding of end to end P2P processes, including requisitioning, PO generation, receiving, invoicing, and disbursement
• Hands on experience with S2P platform integrations, including supplier enablement, catalogs, and transactional workflows
• Experience supporting release management, SDLC, system testing, and production support
• Working knowledge of B2B integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, EDI concepts, and interface monitoring
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SAP integrated S2P platforms in global enterprise environments
• Knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and tools such as Seeburger
• Experience supporting supplier enablement via cXML, eInvoicing, or portal based transactions
• Exposure to SQL deployments for advanced configurations or reporting
• Prior experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations focused organizations
Job Description
In this role, you will support a global, operations driven enterprise by acting as a technical and functional partner across procurement and source to pay platforms. You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external suppliers to align solution strategies, provide architecture guidance, and execute system enhancements. Daily responsibilities include supporting integrations, managing releases, monitoring interfaces, and troubleshooting exceptions across supplier and internal systems.
You will assist with supplier and catalog enablement, coordinate certificate updates, and ensure integrations meet performance and service standards. The role also involves hands on configuration, regression testing, SQL deployments for advanced reporting, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and S2P platform vendors. Through close collaboration and continuous improvement, you will help ensure procurement systems remain stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs across a global footprint.
