Job Description:

Mandatory Skills
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Stewardship, and Data Ownership frameworks.
Experience working in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Lending, ELCM, Credit Proposal, or related banking domains.
Strong experience defining Data Quality Rules, KPIs, Thresholds, and Data Quality Monitoring processes.
Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, and data quality assessments.
Hands-on experience in Data Profiling, Data Discovery, Root Cause Analysis, and Data Issue Management.
Experience establishing Data Dictionaries, Business Glossaries, Metadata, and Data Lineage documentation.
Strong understanding of regulatory, audit, compliance, and data management requirements within banking.
Experience managing Data Quality Remediation initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Experience defining and implementing Data Governance operating models, RACI structures, and controls.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Overall years of experience 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, or Banking Data Programs.
Relevant years of experience 5+ years of direct experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Credit Risk Data, Corporate Banking Data, or Regulatory Data Management.

Industry & Education background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with in Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, or Financial Services is mandatory.
