Job Description
We are looking for a UX & UI designer. a critical role in crafting user experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and engaging across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that align with business goals. Your focus will be on creating seamless interactions, intuitive navigation, and visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Analyze user feedback, website analytics, and usability testing results to identify areas for improvement.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to refine the user experience.
Building brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all the digital platforms
Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for web development teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand project requirements and constraints.
Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.
Analyze usability testing results and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusivity for all users.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to UX design and accessibility.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience in website UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
Proficiency in designing Mobile Apps, Landing page, Websites, Dashboards and Emailers.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
General:
Must have strong communications skills in English - significant exposure directly to customer (written and spoken)
Process Analysis skills to understand the requirements end-to-end and be able to determine customer needs vs. wants.
Negotiation skills to be able to present Design and UX limitations and agree with customer on workarounds.
