About the Role We are looking for an experienced
System Analyst – Healthcare Integration
to join our team on an
immediate basis
for an initial
6-month contractual engagement , with a strong possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
Healthcare Integration, API development, EDI transactions, and healthcare interoperability . The candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing and supporting integration solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless exchange of healthcare data.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Design, develop, implement, and support
APIs and system integrations
across healthcare applications and platforms.
Work hands-on with
EDI transactions and healthcare data exchange processes .
Develop and support healthcare integrations using standards such as
HL7, FHIR, CCDA, and EDI .
Work with
EMR/EHR systems
and healthcare applications to facilitate secure and reliable exchange of patient and clinical data.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and processing between different healthcare systems.
Analyze integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with developers, business teams, healthcare stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Monitor integration workflows and ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, data mappings, and process documentation.
Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
Ensure integration solutions comply with applicable healthcare, security, data privacy, and organizational standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience
in system analysis, integration, application development, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in
API development and system integration .
Hands-on experience with EDI transactions is mandatory.
Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is mandatory.
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCDA, and EDI .
Experience working with
EMR/EHR systems
is highly preferred.
Experience with healthcare integration engines such as
Mirth Connect
or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills .
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a
remote working environment .
Candidates should be
