Service Now Consultant - ITOM
who is experienced with
Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and AIOps .
This requires an experienced
ITOM/AIOps consultant
capable of configuring Service Now operational intelligence capabilities rather than a general platform resource.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead implementation of
Phase 1 AIOps use cases .
Configure and optimize:
Event Management
Metric Intelligence
Health Log Analytics
Event Correlation
Impact Analysis
CMDB
Service Mapping
Configure anomaly detection for:
CPU utilization
Memory utilization
Disk utilization
Support root cause analysis workflows.
Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
Configure service dependency and impact visibility.
Support event-noise reduction initiatives.
Participate in testing, validation, and outcome demonstrations.
