Technical Delivery Manager – AI​/ML; LLM Model training

Position: Technical Delivery Manager – AI/ML (LLM Model training)
Job Profile:

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (“TDM”) as a single-threaded owner of Delivery team output in scope. TDM to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and data-driven technology projects. The role will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into execution plans, managing cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within defined timelines, quality, scope, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, model training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and AI data projects.
Define project plans, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
Manage cross-functional teams across Data Science, ML Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Operations, Annotation, Training, Quality Check and Quality Audit, and Product/Engineering.
Work with technical stakeholders to understand requirements, identify dependencies, resolve issues, and drive execution.
Monitor project timelines, quality, productivity, capacity, utilization, SLAs, and delivery metrics.
Manage project risks, escalations, change requests, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
Drive regular governance reviews and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and clients.
Ensure effective coordination between technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Support multiple projects/programs simultaneously and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage project financials including revenue, margins, budgets, resource costs, utilization, and profitability.

Required Experience &

Skills:

8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Operations Management or Technology Delivery.
Bachelor's/master’s in technology-related courses from

Tier1/Tier 2

institutes preferred.
Operations/Delivery Team Management experience in AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, LLM, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technology domains.
Good understanding of ML models, model training, LLMs, fine-tuning, data pipelines, model evaluation, and AI/ML workflows.
Strong experience in managing hybrid teams of process-focus, technical and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent client management, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Exposure to cloud platforms, Python, ML frameworks, APIs, MLOps, Data Annotation & Evaluation platforms, AI tools or data platforms.
