Position: Freelance Opportunity – Senior Data Scientist
We are looking for a

Senior Data Scientist

to develop and maintain advanced data analytics solutions and machine learning models for an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive analytics and machine learning solutions using the data science lifecycle

• Build models for predictive maintenance, equipment failure, production optimization, and risk prediction

• Work with data lakes/data warehouses and large-scale datasets

• Develop and deploy ML models using

Python, PySpark, SQL & Azure Databricks

• Build time-series forecasting and anomaly detection models using

LSTM / Tensor Flow / Keras

• Work with

XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest

and advanced feature engineering techniques

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Collaborate with data engineers on ETL and data curation requirements

• Contribute to data science architecture, governance, documentation, and best practices

• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
Required Skills
✅ 5+ years of Data Science / Data Analytics experience
✅ Strong

Python, SQL and Py Spark

✅ Experience with

Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory & Azure Databricks
✅ Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
✅ XGBoost / LightGBM / Random Forest
✅ Time-Series / LSTM / Anomaly Detection
✅ Data Warehousing & Data Lakes
✅ Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

✅ Experience with Agile / Dev Ops is a plus
✅ IoT / streaming data experience is a plus
