We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Lead with 12+ years of HR/HRIS experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate should combine deep HR business-process knowledge with strong Success Factors configuration and implementation experience.

The candidate will be responsible for leading Employee Central implementations, enhancements, integrations, rollouts, and support activities while working closely with HR business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and global project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of HR/HRIS experience
- Strong SAP Success Factors Employee Central experience
- Proven experience leading end-to-end EC implementations/rollouts
- Strong Core HR / HR business process knowledge
- Hands-on EC configuration experience
- Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, Foundation Objects & RBP
- Position Management
- Data migration and integrations
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills

Preferred Skills

- SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- SAP HCM / SAP S/4

HANA integration
- Experience across multiple Success Factors modules
- Global/multi-country implementation experience
- Large-scale HR transformation experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, configuration documents, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
- Lead end-to-end EC testing, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration activities, including employee master data validation, mapping, transformation, and migration into Employee Central.
- Work with technical teams on Success Factors integrations with SAP ERP/S/4

HANA and third-party HR systems.
- Provide functional expertise for integrations involving employee, organizational, payroll, time, and other HR data.
- Support integration technologies such as Integration Center, APIs, and middleware, depending on project requirements.
- Coordinate with other Success Factors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Time Tracking.
- Lead issue resolution and provide root-cause analysis for complex production issues.
- Ensure HR processes comply with organizational policies, controls, and country-specific requirements.
- Mentor junior Success Factors consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and manage functional deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production stabilization activities.
