Key Deliverables

- Transform raw operational data into structured, timely MIS dashboards that enable leadership to track performance, identify trends, and support data‑driven decisions.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardized MIS processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and rapid turnaround of performance updates.
- Deliver accurate data cuts and analytical insights by extracting, validating, and organizing data from multiple systems, ensuring stakeholders receive reliable information for business planning and reviews.
- Support cross‑functional teams by providing clean datasets, KPI analysis, and portfolio visibility that strengthen underwriting, claims, and portfolio governance.

Candidate Profile

Education

- Post-Graduation in any discipline
- Certifications in Analytics/Data Science (preferred)

Experience

- 2–5 years in MIS, Data Analytics, reporting, or database-centric roles.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Insurance domain exposure (especially Health) is a plus, not mandatory.

- Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel (mandatory):
Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced formulas, Data cleaning.
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformations.
- Experience working on Data Bricks (preferred).
- Understanding of Power BI / Tableau back-end data structure.

Understanding of Insurance KPIs like TATs, Loss Ratio, Utilization, Frequency, Severity (preferred).
