Data Analyst Intern; Marketing

Position: Data Analyst Intern (Marketing)
Role Description  The Data Analyst Intern (Marketing) role is a full-time on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The intern will support the marketing team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing campaign and user data from various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing dashboards and reports, identifying trends and patterns in performance metrics, and assisting in building data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

The role also involves collaborating with marketers and designers to translate insights into actionable strategies and testing hypotheses through A/B experiments. This position offers hands-on exposure to marketing analytics tools, performance marketing workflows, and real-world business decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and identify meaningful trends.
Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data modeling for marketing or business use cases.
Basic understanding of statistics, including descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
Effective communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to analytics or BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong interest in performance marketing and ROI optimization.
