Key Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP CS Consultant to join our team for an S4 transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Customer Service (CS) and experience in implementing and managing SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP CS modules within the S4 transformation project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CS solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS modules.
Ensure project deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget.
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
