Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced RSA Archer professionals to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives for Banking and Financial Services clients.
The role requires hands-on experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, customization, integration, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support RSA Archer solutions.
Configure applications using RSA Archer App Studio.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Infolets.
Configure workflows, questionnaires, calculated fields, and data-driven events.
Support data imports, feeds, integrations, and migration activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and support production releases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and release management activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute to process improvements and platform optimization initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative project environment.
Educational Qualification
BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent.
Mandatory Requirement
Relevant hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including App Studio, application configuration, reporting, workflow development, and GRC implementations, is required for this role.
