We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Writer proficient in Hindi, and English and can comprehend Marathi . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, politically-focused content, translating complex ideas accurately, providing real-time commentary, and drafting concise summaries and social media posts.
Key Responsibilities
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, and English is mandatory, with the ability to seamlessly switch between languages.
Accurate Translation & Commentary:
Comprehend and analyse content in Marathi or Hindi.
Accurately translate the core subject matter into precise and nuanced English or Hindi or both
Include commentary and annotations on the translated material, where required.
Content Creation & Summarisation:
Write short video scripts and short-form content based in English or Hindi
Efficiently summarise content from Marathi or Hindi in concise, impactful language (e.g., for reports or briefs).
Real-Time & Digital Communication:
Provide real-time synopsis on live events (e.g., political broadcasts, press conferences) in English or Hindi
Draft engaging feedback and social media responses, including Tweets, in English or Hindi
Political Acumen:
Displays a strong understanding of current affairs, particularly pertaining to Maharashtra state politics.

Mandatory Linguistic
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: English, Hindi
Ideal candidate to also display comprehension of Marathi
Experience:
Previous experience in content writing, journalism, or a related field is required.
Preferred Background: A background in political writing, journalism, or public policy analysis is highly preferred.
Political Knowledge: Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the political landscape and current events in Maharashtra is essential.
