- We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and end-to-end supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, hands-on planning experience, and the ability to drive transformational initiatives for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on supply chain strategy, planning excellence, and process optimization.
Manage end-to-end Demand Planning, including forecasting, statistical modelling, and collaborative planning with stakeholders.
Oversee Supply Planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, capacity utilization, and on-time fulfillment.
Conduct current-state assessments and develop actionable recommendations to improve S&OP, inventory management, and planning accuracy.
Implement supply chain best practices, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Partner with clients to understand business challenges and design tailored supply chain solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations, finance) to ensure seamless planning execution.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and planning tool implementations (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan).
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience in Supply Chain Consulting and Planning (Demand & Supply).
Strong knowledge of S&OP, forecasting techniques, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
Proven ability to manage client engagements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in top consulting firms or supply chain transformation projects.
