Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Management Trainee – Operations Intern to support daily operational activities, inventory coordination, vendor management, and process optimization.
This role offers hands-on exposure to backend operations in a fast-paced D2C brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily order processing and fulfillment coordination
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
Support vendor communication and follow-ups
Track dispatch timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks
Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards
Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and customer support teams
Identify areas for process improvement and cost efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Final-year student (BBA, BMS,
B.Com, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
