Experience with Supply Chain Optimization
As a Business Partner for the designated Region, this role focuses on enhancing Customer Experience by optimizing Supply Chain processes—including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transport Management (TM). The core objective is to drive customer satisfaction and market growth through improved logistics efficiency.
What You'll do
Act as an owner and single point of contact for Customer Experience for the respective Region
Partner with the sales team and engage directly with customers to identify pain points in supply chain and service delivery
Define strategic initiatives for the region to sustainably resolve identified issues and meticulously execute to achieve the defined targets
Work collaboratively with central functions both supply chain and cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve defined regional targets
Support and contribute to sales and operations planning processes in region
Continuously assess current and future supply chain needs to align with evolving business demands
Act as a source of supply chain expertise for the sales leadership
What You'll Bring
Engineering / MBA with overall Experience 9+ Years
Experience in supply chain and operations across different functions
Self-motivated and passionate to drive improvement projects
Systematic problem solving and analytical thinking
Ability to balance strategic aspects and operational efficiency
Good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
