Position : Export Executive
Job Location : Nariman Point - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
Preparation and verification of Pre & Post-shipment export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance documents
Coordination with banks for submission of export documents under LC / DA / DP terms
Handling documentation for export incentives like Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, or other government schemes
Follow-up with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely document issuance
Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Tracking shipment status and maintaining proper records of all export transactions
Managing discrepancies in documents and resolving issues with buyers or banks
Maintaining export documentation files for audit and regulatory purposes
Desired Profile :
5–8 years of experience in export documentation (post-shipment focus)
Good knowledge of LC, DA, DP and export procedures
Familiar with export incentive schemes (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback)
Experience in coordinating with banks, CHA, and freight forwarders
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Proficient in MS Office / ERP systems
Good communication and multitasking skills
