Customer Service Executive

· Follow up on customer orders with Account Managers, prepare and share proforma invoices for order confirmation, and convert confirmed orders into Sales Orders in SAP.

· Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets.

· Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to ensure serviceability within the committed delivery timelines.

· Update customers with dispatch details, including ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD (Estimated Time of Departure).

· Create and process local shipment deliveries in SAP.

· Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain payment follow-ups.

· Liaise with logistics providers and transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment planning.

· Track and maintain payment status for key customer accounts.

· Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to monitor material availability and update SAP records accordingly.

· Prepare, complete, and submit vendor registration forms and customer-related documentation.

· Work with SAP support teams and master data teams to update customer requirements and system records.

· Coordinate material master-related activities with Supply Chain and SAP teams.

· Manage and support B2B customer service and order management activities.

· Submit customer documents such as C Forms, H Forms, payment cheques, and ledger records to the Accounts Department while maintaining proper documentation.

· Generate and maintain MIS reports related to pending orders, sales performance, and operational status.

· Ensure effective communication and relationship management with internal stakeholders and external customers.
