About the role:
We are looking for a Fulfilment and Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day order processing and logistics operations that keep our deliveries smooth and reliable. This role is critical in ensuring every order is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining efficiency across returns and exchanges.
You will be responsible for printing invoices and shipping labels, picking and packing daily orders, maintaining dispatch counts and manifests, and coordinating timely handovers to logistics partners. The role also involves accepting return and exchange requests, verifying returned products for quality and accuracy, and working closely with the customer support team to resolve queries related to returns and exchanges.
Responsibilities:
Print manifests, shipping labels, and process daily order documentation
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch
Maintain daily dispatch counts and ensure manifests are accurate
Coordinate timely handover of shipments to logistics partners
Accept and process return and exchange requests as per company policy
Verify returned products for quality, accuracy, and eligibility
Coordinate with the customer support team for return/exchange-related queries
Update return status and maintain accurate reverse logistics records
Ensure packaging meets brand standards and protects products in transit
Track shipment movement and flag delays or delivery issues proactively
Maintain organised workflow in the dispatch and returns area
Assist in periodic stock checks and report discrepancies or damages
Support smooth operations during peak dispatch periods
Monitor inventory levels daily and alert the team on fast-moving items nearing out-of-stock status
Coordinate with the procurement/production team to ensure timely replenishment of low-stock products
Requirements and Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dispatch and warehouse environment
Basic understanding of shipping, logistics, and reverse pickup processes
Organised and systematic approach to handling orders, returns, and inventory
Physical stamina to manage packing, lifting, and movement of packages during dispatch cycles
Familiarity with courier panels, shipping software, or order management systems is a plus
Basic computer skills for updating records and tracking shipments
Problem-solving mindset to handle dispatch delays, return discrepancies, and stock issues
Good coordination and communication skills to work with customer support and operations teams
Discipline and reliability in meeting daily dispatch timelines
