THE ROLE

As a  Maintenance Supervisor , you will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurants, equipment, and facilities are always in excellent working condition.
You'll oversee daily maintenance operations, manage repairs, and make sure all systems—from electrical to kitchen equipment—are working safely and efficiently. You'll also lead the maintenance team, coordinate with external vendors, and help create preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Who You Are

You're someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. You have strong technical knowledge of maintenance systems and understand how important it is for restaurant operations to run without interruption.
You're hands-on when required but also able to plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules so that equipment and facilities stay reliable. You're comfortable leading a team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety standards are followed at all times.
You bring  3–5 years of maintenance experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry  and have experience supervising maintenance teams or technicians.
Your Team

You'll lead the maintenance team and ensure work orders and repair tasks are completed efficiently.
You'll also collaborate closely with kitchen and operations teams to address equipment issues and maintenance needs.
For specialized repairs and services, you'll coordinate with external vendors and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Reporting To

You'll report to the    Facility Manager  .

Your Responsibilities

Daily Maintenance Operations:
Oversee daily maintenance activities and repair work across all restaurant facilities.
Equipment Reliability:
Ensure all kitchen equipment, electrical systems, and infrastructure are functioning properly and minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Team Supervision:
Supervise the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and manage AMCs for specialized equipment and services.
Inventory & Budget:
Manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance cost tracking.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure safety protocols and regulatory standards are followed at all times.
Coordination:
Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to address maintenance needs promptly.
Reporting:
Review and maintain maintenance reports and documentation.
Skills Needed

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair work

Ability to lead and manage a maintenance team

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Experience coordinating with vendors and negotiating service contracts

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office, Email)

Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus)

Requirements

3–5 years of maintenance experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Technical diploma or equivalent (Mechanical/Electrical)

Safety certification is an advantage
