About This Role
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager with strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and overall facility upkeep for cafés/restaurants. The ideal candidate understands the pace of hospitality operations and can ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all technical assets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure all café/restaurant equipment is operational with minimal downtime.
Manage daily facility checks, breakdown calls, and service requests.
Coordinate with external vendors, AMC partners, and service technicians.
Maintain maintenance logs, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules across all outlets.
Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance related to equipment and facilities.
Support new outlet openings with equipment installation and setup.
Lead and train the maintenance team.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
4+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality (QSR, cafés, restaurants, hotels).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and basic electricals.
Willingness to travel across outlets as needed.
Open to manage responsibilities across multiple cities.
