General Administration

Role Overview :
Take  end-to-end ownership of the upkeep and soft services of an assigned building  within a large multi-building campus, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, aesthetics and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
:

Own the day-to-day  operations and overall upkee p of the assigned building
.Manage  housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, shifting and other soft service s
.Conduct regular building rounds to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, aesthetics and service standards
.Ensure readiness of  meeting rooms, conference rooms, business centres, common areas and other facilitie s
.Coordinate with  Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Security and other team s for timely issue resolution
.Manage  vendors and third-party service provider s, including manpower, SLAs, quality and performance
.Address employee / occupant concerns and ensure  timely complaint resolution and feedback closur e
.Coordinate requirements for  VVIP visits, events and special activitie s
.Monitor  safety, compliance, audits, MIS, consumables and service performanc e
.Identify opportunities for  cost optimization, sustainability and continuous improve men t

Ideal Candidate Profil
e:

Graduate / Postgraduate ;
Hotel Management / Facility Management preferr e
d.3–10 years of experien ce in Facility Management, Soft Services, Corporate Services, Hospitality or Building Operation
s.Experience managing  a building / facility within a large campus, commercial property, IT park, hotel, plant or similar environme nt preferre
d.Stron g vendor management, stakeholder management, service orientation and problem-solving skil l
