Manager Role
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering long-term strategic relationships (Manager: often focusing on key accounts). Understand objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring high client satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Project Leadership & Coordination: (Manager: Lead the project team; Executive: Execute tasks). Translate briefs into actionable plans. Coordinate strictly with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and campaigns on time and budget.
- Financial Oversight & Planning:
Prepare detailed proposals, secure cost estimates, and manage project profitability. (Manager: Oversee overall budget; Executive: Assist with invoicing/documentation). Ensure adherence to all financial and quality standards.
- Business Growth:
Proactively identify and secure upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. (Manager: Lead pitches and contribute to business strategy).
- Key
Skills:
Requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Must be proficient in MS Office and have proven experience in an agency, marketing, or event management environment.
