We are looking for a senior Business Development leader who can drive growth through l and acquisitions, JD/JV structuring, strategic partnerships, and high-value deal closures.
This is a leadership role for someone who brings:
✔️ Strong market network (landowners, brokers, investors, funds)
✔️ Proven experience in closing complex real estate transactions
✔️ Deep understanding of feasibility, IRR, ROI, and deal structuring
✔️ Ability to identify high-potential micro-markets and growth opportunities
✔️ Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development strategy aligned with company growth plans
• Source land, redevelopment, and partnership opportunities
• Structure and negotiate JDAs, JVs, and Development Management deals
• Drive commercial evaluations and investment proposals
• Build long-term external partnerships
• Lead and develop a high-performing BD team.
15–20+ years in Real Estate Business Development
Strong track record with reputed developers preferred
Exposure to Mumbai/MMR or key metro markets is an advantage
