We are looking for a seasoned Company Secretary to play a pivotal role in Board governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder management for a large, complex, listed financial services organization.

This is a strategic leadership position acting as a trusted advisor to Management, Board of Directors, and Shareholders, ensuring strong compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, Insider Trading Regulations, and other corporate laws. The role will progressively take ownership of secretarial operations, board & committee management, ESOPs, NCDs, investor relations, and regulatory liaison, while building and leading a high-performing secretarial team.

The ideal professional will bring deep experience in banks / listed companies, strong governance expertise, the ability to balance business enablement with regulatory rigor, and confidence to engage with regulators, proxy advisory firms, auditors, and senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Company Secretary with 15–20+ years of experience

• Strong exposure to listed entities, financial services or banking

• Expertise in Board & Committee management, SEBI/RBI compliance

• Proven leadership, stakeholder management & governance mindset
