Serve as the primary point of contact for major FTL clients across sectors such as FMCG, Automotive, E-commerce, Pharma, and Industrial Goods.
Ensure high service levels, timely execution, and swift resolution of client issues or escalations.
Conduct regular business reviews and suggest operational or service improvements to clients.
Account Growth & Retention
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
Drive account profitability via strategic engagement and effective contract management.
Monitor credit performance and coordinate timely collections with finance teams.
Operations & Execution Coordination
Collaborate closely with dispatch, fleet, and control tower teams to ensure committed service delivery including transit time, TAT, POD compliance.
Track shipments and proactively manage exceptions or disruptions in partnership with operations teams.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track key KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In Full), damages, transit delays, vehicle placement, and route optimization.
Provide regular MIS and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
Client Onboarding & Implementation
Manage onboarding of new clients including SOP design, route planning, lane pricing, and operational handshakes.
Support commercial negotiations during contract renewals and rate discussions.
