Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts while managing a team of Junior Account Managers. You will handle 5 core clients, oversee 3–4 Junior Account Managers, approve all creatives, define content grids, manage Meta Ads and influencer campaigns, and resolve escalations across all assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Leadership
Manage 5 key client accounts end-to-end and oversee all clients handled by assigned Junior Account Managers
Mentor and manage 3–4 Junior Account Managers, ensuring quality execution, timelines, and communication
Act as the final escalation point for all client-related issues and ensure swift resolution
Creative Direction & Quality Control
Approve all creatives, copies, reels, ads, and campaigns before client submission
Decide and finalize content grids, posting strategies, and overall page direction for each client
Ensure brand consistency, content quality, and performance-driven execution
Team Mentorship, Training & Accountability
Mentor and manage Junior Account Managers
Onboard and train new Account Managers on Youtech SOPs, client communication standards, and campaign strategy
Review AM-to-client communication (Whats App, email, calls) and provide direct feedback
Perform quality checks on replies and updates shared with clients
Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence
Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing & Performance
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on ROI, lead generation, and brand growth
Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer scouting, briefing, coordination, execution, and performance tracking
Collaborate with creative, media, and operations teams to ensure high-performing campaigns
Strategy, Reporting & Growth
Lead client onboarding and strategy development aligned with business goals
Review and present performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights
Identify upsell opportunities, manage renewals, and drive long-term client retention
Ensure Account Managers maintain and update daily sales trackers, weekly performance logs, campaign logs, and feedback trackers
Conduct weekly 1:1 reviews or team huddles with Account Managers
Reporting & Founder Communication
Share weekly updates with the Founder on at-risk clients, team workload, campaign wins, and gaps
Recommend process improvements, workflow optimizations, and new SOPs as the team scales
Highlight hiring or resource requirements proactively

Qualifications & Skills
4–6 years of experience in Account Management or Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred)
Proven experience managing multiple clients and leading junior team members
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and content strategy
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
High ownership mindset with the ability to manage pressure and escalations
