Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L, revenue targets, admissions funnel, and monthly business growth of the centre.
- Lead & motivate the sales, academic, and student service teams for daily performance.
- Drive counsellor productivity, walk-ins, conversions, inquiries & referrals.
- Ensure smooth centre operations, student satisfaction, and quality delivery of classes.
- Implement business strategies, local marketing activities, and process improvements.
- Monitor performance dashboards and ensure target achievement with accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 10 years of experience in EdTech, Training Institutes or Education Sales/Operations.
- Strong expertise in admissions, counselling teams, revenue-driven roles.
- Proven leadership in handling centre/branch operations and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
