Senior Audit Manager

Role Purpose :
To design, implement and lead Zenplus's risk management, compliance controls, and governance framework across all organization operations; with keen eye on audit & impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

· Ensure  100% compliance  with EMS, healthcare, fire, transport, and safety regulations.

· Ensure  100% compliance  on statutory and compliance aspects pertaining to state & central government for business and people.

· Develop, track and publish compliance dashboards monthly, quarterly and annually.

Risk Management:

· Build and operate enterprise risk register with quarterly update.

· Reduce  high-severity incidents  by ≥ xx% in first 12 months and to a consistent xx% or lower YOY.

· Lead incident investigations ensuring closure within x days.

Audit & Control Mechanism:

· Run internal audits with  ≥ xx% closure  on audit findings within targeted timelines.

· Define and deploy control mechanisms post audit to ensure sustained compliance & process efficiencies.

Risk & Legal Escalations and Governance:

• Lead governance on audit / risk related escalations, litigation, disputes.

· Ensure board is briefed on high-impact issues within 48 hours.
