Role Overview :
- We are seeking a Head – Client Success to lead senior client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-impact brand and marketing solutions. This role requires a strong balance of strategic brand thinking, operational excellence, and people leadership.
As the primary custodian of client partnerships, you will drive long-term value creation by deeply understanding client objectives, guiding internal teams, and ensuring work delivered consistently moves both brand perception and business performance.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys shaping brands, mentoring teams, and building trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and evolving business needs
Maintain consistent and proactive communication, ensuring high levels of confidence and satisfaction
Anticipate client requirements and offer strategic recommendations before they are requested
Strategic Brand & Business Thinking
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with client business objectives
Ensure consistency in brand voice, language, and tonality across all touchpoints
Provide senior-level brand counsel that influences decision-making and growth outcomes
Campaign & Marketing Oversight
- Oversee planning and execution of integrated marketing and brand campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling content, creative, and communication strategies
Review campaign performance and guide optimizations using data and insights
Operational & Workflow Excellence
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution
Own timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client experience
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with strategy, creative, content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment
Mentor and guide client servicing and strategy team members
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standards
Analytics & Measurement
- Monitor and evaluate brand and marketing effectiveness using relevant metrics
Use insights and data to inform strategic decisions and improve future initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, consulting, or client servicing roles
Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and leading integrated campaigns
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, creative, and strategy teams
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong operational and project management capabilities
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing marketing and business environmeny
