Key Responsibilities
New Business & Revenue Growth
Lead end-to-end new business development strategy for the agency
Identify, pitch, and close high-value clients across industries
Own revenue targets and growth plans (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Client Acquisition & Relationships
Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, CMOs, founders, and marketing heads
Represent the agency in industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Drive upselling and cross-selling of agency services to existing clients
Strategy & Pitching
Lead pitch strategy, proposal development, and pricing
Collaborate with creative, digital, strategy, and media teams for winning pitches
Ensure alignment between client needs and agency offerings
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and manage the business development team
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive high-performance culture
Train team on pitching, negotiation, and client management
Market Intelligence
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Identify new service lines, verticals, and growth opportunities
Contribute to long-term agency growth and expansion strategy
